New Realms follows a similar path to ‘Over the Edge and Back Faster’ however its more about the freedom of thought you can have whilst running, rather than concentrating on beating a certain time its about allow to mind to drift as the body is busy.
You can see freehand spray paint marks here contrasted against textured lines created spraying across torn paper. These paintings are created spontaneously and freely emboding the same energy as the activity, running in this case.
Painting comes framed which I have hand sprayed colour to match.
